$20 DEPOSIT REQUIRED

Do I need to pay a deposit to schedule a cleaning appointment?​

Yes. To schedule a cleaning appointment, we require a $20 deposit which will be applied to the total amount due. Just a friendly reminder that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. 

3-HOUR CLEAN

How much can be cleaned in 3-hours?​

​

We can not clean your entire home in a 3-Hour Clean, but we can get to areas of your home that need the most attention. However, 1 or 2-bedroom apartments that require basic cleaning, have been able to receive a basic cleaning in 3 hours. If your home has not had a cleaning by a professional home cleaner longer than 30 days, then we highly recommend one of our basic or deep cleanings services. We created the 3-Hour Clean to help alleviate the stress of messy rooms, unorganized closets, restrooms in need of deep cleaning, or laundry services. How much can be cleaned depends on how messy each section of the home is. 

PET POLICY

What is the policy regarding pets being present in the home during the cleaning service?

 

Hello pet owners! At Limpieza Cleaning Service, we're pet-friendly and love your furry buddies. For everyone's safety, please have pets in a crate or cage during our clean. If they're out, we may need to reschedule. We can clean up after pets for an extra $20. This fee will be added to your invoice at the end of the cleaning. We do not clean out cat litter boxes. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our housekeepers safe and ensuring a successful cleaning experience.

Why do only certain homes and services qualify for the Thankful Discount? What is the “added service” mentioned in the email I received?​

Houses and apartments that qualify for this sale are 2/1, 2/2, 3/2. The sale is for Basic cleanings that require only one housekeeper. Deep cleaning services or homes larger than 3/2 require two housekeepers. If you are subscribed to our email list, you may have received our Thankful email where we mentioned a free “added service”. You can choose one of the following: Window cleaning, Fan cleaning, or One load of Laundry. Laundry service only available for homes with washer and dryers in home. To redeem offer it must be booked through the “Book Now” button in the email.

COST

How much does a cleaning cost?

Several factors are considered when providing a quote, such as how many bedrooms and bathrooms or whether basic or deep cleaning services are needed. You can find the price to clean your home or apartment under BOOK ONLINE tab. These prices include bedrooms, bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, and 1 dining room. There is a fee for additional rooms, not disclosed during scheduling.

TIME

How long does a cleaning take?

Our goal is to leave the home once the Guaranteed Home Cleaning Checklist is complete. Usually, cleanings range from 4-6 hours depending on how big the home is or the amount of cleaning needed. Basic cleanings that go past 6 hours are charged an hourly rate of $20 an hour after the first 6 hours of basic cleaning. 

SUPPLIES

Do the housekeepers bring their own cleaning supplies?

Yes, our housekeepers take all of their cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean the home. Our products are carefully selected and used primarily because they have proven to work on tough messes. Allergy friendly products are available upon request.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

What services are included in the laundry service, and how is the pricing determined?

​

Our laundry service charges are based on the number of laundry baskets or equivalent that you need us to clean. Our standard unit of measurement is an average regular-sized laundry basket, and each basket incurs a fee of $12.50 when added to a basic cleaning service. If you use 13-gallon trash bags, we will count each bag as one basket. However, if you use heavy-duty XL bags, each bag will be counted as two baskets.

If you are only requesting laundry services without a home cleaning, the price is $15.50 per basket, with a minimum of four baskets. Our laundry service includes washing, drying, folding, hanging, or storing your clothes in a drawer.

If you require us to provide our own laundry detergent, we charge an additional $5 fee. However, if you provide your own detergent, there is no extra charge.

Are the housekeepers vetted, insured, and bonded?

Our housekeepers have over 10 years experience in housekeeping and are trained to clean using Limpieza Cleaning Services cleaning methods. Our housekeepers are all insured and bonded once they begin working at their first cleaning. General background checks are run using public records, identifications are collected, and references are called for all housekeepers.

What is cleaned during a home cleaning service?​

Limpieza Cleaning Services has developed their own Guaranteed Cleaning Checklists, each designed for a specific type of cleaning for our customers. We currently have checklists for basic cleaning, deep cleaning, upkeep cleaning, AIRBNB cleaning, unoccupied move in move out cleanings, and new construction home cleaning. Ask about designing a custom checklist for your upkeep cleanings. 

BOOKING

What days are the housekeepers available to clean?​

​

Our Limpieza Cleaning Housekeepers are available every single day of the week Monday through Sunday with cleanings starting as early as 8am. We have same day availability for urgent cleanings and can also provide cleanings after 3pm. You can text 956-825-1297  to schedule a cleaning 24/7.

Do you offer discounts on weekly or biweekly cleanings?

​Absolutely! We're happy to offer discounts on our weekly and biweekly cleaning services. Our goal is to help you maintain a consistently clean home, which is why we also provide upkeep cleaning during these visits. Prices for these services start at just $80. Let us know how we can assist you!

PAYMENT

How do I pay for my cleaning?​

​

We currently accept Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, Facebook Pay, and Paypal. We do require a $20 deposit to schedule a cleaning. That deposit must be paid before we can provide confirmation of cleaning appointment. Balance for the cleaning service will be due by the end of the session. A late fee of $10 will be applied for each day it remains unpaid.

GUARANTEE

What if I am not satisfied with the home cleaning?​

We work very hard to ensure every cleaning is complete and that our customers are satisfied, and we do this by providing:

  • Checklist before the cleaning for the customer's review. 

  • Housekeepers do not leave until the customer has verified the cleaning checklist,

  • .24/7 customer support with a Cleaning Specialist throughout the cleaning.

 

We do not offer refunds.
